OUSC does not field Senior Teams. OUSC is a youth soccer club for players 18 and younger and is not affiliated with the teams listed below.

Many of OUSC's former youth players return to play in the Seniors (U20+) soccer programs. During the fall and spring seasons, they field four men's teams that compete in the Long Island Seniors Football League. The First and Reserve teams play in the Open Division. The club also fields teams in the Over 30 and Over 40 divisions.

During the summer months, the club fields a U23 men's team. This team is comprised mainly of college-level NCAA Division I, II and III players who return home to represent the Orange & Blue while preparing for their upcoming collegiate seasons.
