OUSC does not field Senior Teams. OUSC is a youth soccer club for players 18 and younger and is not affiliated with the teams listed below.

Many of OUSC's former youth players return to play in the Seniors (U20+) soccer programs, which compete in the Open (2nd) Division of the Long Island Ladies Soccer League.

During the summer months, the club fields U26 women's teams. These teams are comprised mainly of college-level NCAA Division I, II and III players who return home to represent the Orange & Blue while preparing for their upcoming collegiate seasons.
